Margao: The sessions court Margao has issued notices to Canacona police, public prosecutor and defense advocate over a petition moved seeking cancellation of bail granted to model-actor Poonam Pandey and her husband Sam Ahmed Bombay.
The court posted the matter for arguments on November 12 at 2.30 pm.
Samrat Bhagat, a resident of Nagarsem, Canacona has moved a petition in the session’s court, Margao seeking cancellation of bail granted to Poonam Pandey and her husband Sam Ahmed Bombay.
It may be recalled that Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Canacona Shanoor alias Jagdish P Audi had granted conditional bail to Poonam Pandey (29), and her husband film director, Sam Ahmad Bombay arrested by Canacona police in connection with offences registered against them.
Meanwhile, Poonam Pandey and her husband film director Sam Ahmad Bombay on whom Canacona police have registered the offence on Tuesday appeared at the Canacona police station. November 11 is the last day of their reporting at the police station.
