Coronavirus India News LIVE Updates: Today is the 232nd day since India implemented a nationwide lockdown to help curb the novel coronavirus pandemic. So far, India has recorded 85,91,730 confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 1,27,059 deaths. A total of 79,59,406 people have recuperated from COVID-19 so far. There are 5,05,265 active cases in the country as of date, which comprises 5.88 percent of the total caseload, the data stated. Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka have reported the highest number of cases. However, infections are rising rapidly in states like Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal. Yet, India’s recovery rate continues to rise and now stands at 92.64 percent. 'Unlock 5.0' is underway. The novel coronavirus has killed at least 1,263,890 people since the outbreak emerged in China last December, according to a tally from official sources compiled by AFP. At least 50,907,770 cases of coronavirus have been registered. Of these, at least 33,121,400 are now considered recovered.
On Monday, 6,867 new deaths and 465,514 new cases were recorded worldwide. Based on latest reports, the countries with the most new deaths were France with 548 new deaths, followed by Spain with 512 (since the previous toll reported on Friday) and the United States with 489.
The United States is the worst-affected country with 238,251 deaths from 10,110,552 cases. At least 3,928,845 people have been declared recovered.

Coronavirus in Kerala LIVE updates | Kerala reported 6,010 new COVID-19 cases on November 10, taking the tally to 4,95,712, while 28 more fatalities pushed the toll to 1,742. Recoveries remained higher than new cases with 6,698 people cured, taking the total recoveries to 4,15,158, health minister K K Shailaja said in a release.
Currently, there are 78,694 persons under treatment in the state. Currently, the test positivity rate remains high at 10.98 percent, with 1,85,673 samples examined so far.
Coronavirus in Uttarakhand LIVE updates | Uttarakhand reported 328 new COVID-19 cases taking the total positive cases in the state to 66,005. There are 60,429 recovered cases in the State; the death toll is at 1,080 with five new fatalities, as per a state Health Department bulletin.
