Counting of votes in the Madhya Pradesh by-election of the Biaora assembly is underway. This will not be the first such counting in which the candidates of both BJP and Congress cannot come under the guideline of COVID-19 because of the candidates being Corona positive. According to the corona guideline, after the infection is discharged from the hospital only after 10 to 14 days. Counting on their constituency is happening on the 5th day of isolation. It is difficult for a candidate to be present during the counting of votes in such a situation, said a Zee News report.
Both candidates infected
BJP candidate Narayan Singh Panwar and Congress candidate Ramchandra Dangi both corona are infected in Biaora by-election. On the next day of voting, after the candidates' corona report came positive, Viva Hospital of Bhopal has been admitted. Representatives of both these candidates and 14 agents sitting at each table will be involved. For this, both the candidates will send their representative and agent the list to the collector from where they will be released with them. Only after this entry will be allowed at the counting venue.
COVID Protocol
Due to Corona infection of both candidates, both candidates will not be able to participate in the counting because, according to the COVID guideline, if both candidates are cured, then they will have to stay in the hospital for 10 to 14 days. Even if the symptoms do not remain Corona positive, they will have to remain home quarantine for ten days. In such a situation, both the candidates will not be able to come to the counting place.
