House of Hiranandani launched a video campaign titled ‘Beete Din’ that makes one reminisce the memories of living together with our family in the safe and secured environment of an owned apartment during the pandemic lockdown. The video is a part of the ‘House of Happiness’ Mega festival that comprises a rent back scheme for two years and other offers that makes it easy to own an apartment during challenging times. The video has been an instant hit after it was released across all the social media platforms of the company.
The video shot at a Hiranandani property revolves around the life of two families and showcases the comfort, convenience and joy with which they sailed through the lockdown times, while living in their own apartment. The families lived a stress-free life without the burden of paying monthly rent. Infact, the end of the video displays the home-buyers’ joy of receiving rent under the rent back scheme which offloads the EMI pressure.
Prashin Jhobalia, VP Marketing Strategy, House of Hiranandani said, “The campaign has had a phenomenal start and has seen a remarkable response in its initial phase already. Nothing can match the safety and security of a home and the pandemic has made us realise this. The campaign encourages home aspirants to invest in a home as low interest rates, government relaxations coupled with our festive offers including the rent back scheme makes it a timely and well-informed decision to invest in a home.”
While the rent back scheme is available for all projects in Bengaluru only, the House of Happiness Festival that will continue till December 2020 has something for everyone at the township project in Chennai. The offers include EMI waiver, interest subsidy schemes, rent back scheme, floor rise offer, surprise gifts, fantastic Friday offers, car parking scheme benefits and relax payment plans.
