Kerala Governor hospitalised for COVID treatment

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 9 (UNI) Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan, who was diagnosed with SARS Cov-2 infection, was admitted to the Government Medical College Hospital here on Monday.

The Governor who tested positive for the virus on November 7 was admitted to the hospital for close monitoring.

"The Governor is clinically stable. A Medical Board has been formed to optimize the Governor's clinical management," a message said.

In a tweet on November 7, the Governor said "I have tested positive for COVID-19. But, there is no cause for concern. However, I request all those who had come in contact with me in New Delhi last week to test for COVID, or be under observation to be on the safe side."
