Dilip Buildcon emerges L-1 bidder for Mine Developer cum Operator contract

The MDO contract is for Development and Operation of Siarmal Open Cast Proiect of Mahanadi Coal Field Limited a subsidiary of Coal India.

Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has been declared as L-1 bidder for Mine Developer cum Operator (MDO) Contract for Development and Operation of Siarmal Open Cast Proiect of Mahanadi Coal Field Limited (MCL), a subsidiary of Coal India Limited (CIL) for 25 Years.

The contract value of the project is Rs37,215.54cr (including GST). The mineable reserve of the block to be exploited over a contract period of 25 years is 1,091 Million Metric Tons at a Peak Rated Capacity of 50 MTPA (Million Tons per annum).

“We are pleased to inform you that the company has emerged as L-l bidder in the tender floated by MCL for Development and Operation of Siarmal Open Cast Project in the state of Odisha,” company said in a regulatory filing on Saturday.

Dilip Buildcon was trading at Rs350.20 per equity share, up by Rs3.15 or 0.91% at around 11.38 AM, from its previous closing of Rs347.05 per equity share on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs355 and has touched a high and low of Rs358.05 and Rs348.75 respectively.
