Kaizer Chiefs head coach Gavin Hunt admits the result of their two-legged MTN8 semi final clash against rivals Orlando Pirates was a "true reflection" of the Glamour Boys.

Amakhosi were always up against it after a 3-0 semi-final first leg loss last week, with Fortune Makaringe breaking the deadlock on 59 minutes at the FNB Stadium on Sunday.

Linda Mntambo then came off the bench to add a second with 80 minutes on the clock for a 2-0 win on the day.

"I think it's a true reflection," Hunt told SuperSport TV during his post-match interview.

"It's something we certainly got to knuckle down and work harder.

"There's a part of the game we are not doing, it’s because of a lot of things but we got to try and get that right. There's not really much to say about the situation."

Meanwhile, Buccaneers coach Josef Zinnabauer arrived in South Africa hours before the match kicked off, as he travelled to Germany as his son was in a car accident.

The German coach was impressed with his sides game management as they used the counterattack to their advantage in the second half.

"We waited on the right moment to counterattack," he told SuperSport TV.

"We said before wait for the right moment maybe the second half then they are more tired then we get the chance and we can score. Congratulation to the team. I am happy.

"We work very good against the ball and we work as a unit. We now have a break; we can recover and then we have to focus on the next game. We are happy that we are in the final… this final is for the supporters."

The Buccaneers will now meet Bloemfontein Celtic in the MTN8 final on Saturday, 12 December.
