Earthquake hits Jammu and Kashmir
An earthquake of magnitude 4.0 on the Richter Scale was felt in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday. According to the National Centre for Seismology, the tremors were felt 65 km south-southeast of Pahalgam at 06:56 pm.
There were no reports of any loss of life or damage to property due to the earthquake.
Earlier on Saturday, the Union Territory was jolted by a magnitude 4.1 earthquake.
