Trump alleges electoral malpractices flipped results in many states

Washington, Nov 7(UNI) US President Donald Trump stuck to his guns and refused to concede defeat in an election that has been very controversial. The US President alleged that electoral malpractices contributed to shifting the the vote count in favour of Democratic Challenger Joe Biden in many states.
In a series of tweets on Saturday he claimed that legal observers were prevented from overseeing vote counting, he tweeted
"People were screaming STOP THE COUNT & WE DEMAND TRANSPARENCY (As Legal Observers were refused admittance to count rooms)!"
President Donald Trump who was initially leading the vote count in states of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan suddenly started to trail Biden as late absentee ballots started to be counted.
Trump argues that those votes that were received after 8:00 p.m. on polling day i.e November 3, ought to be declared null and void as these were received after the the polls were officially over
"Tens of thousands of votes were illegally received after 8 P.M. on Tuesday, Election Day, totally and easily changing the results in Pennsylvania and certain other razor thin states."
He also alleged that significant number of votes were simply not counted and legal vote count observers were prevented from overseeing the vote counting activity "As a separate matter, hundreds of thousands of Votes were illegally not allowed to be OBSERVED....This would ALSO change the Election result in numerous States, including Pennsylvania, which everyone thought was easily won on Election Night, only to see a massive lead disappear, without anyone being allowed to OBSERVE, for long intervals of time, what the happened....Bad things took place during those hours where LEGAL TRANSPARENCY was viciously & crudely not allowed. Tractors blocked doors & windows were covered with thick cardboard so that observers could not see into the count rooms. BAD THINGS HAPPENED INSIDE. BIG CHANGES TOOK PLACE!."
While democrats argue that each and every vote ought to be counted Trump's point is that those votes that were received after 8 p.m. on election day should not qualify to be counted. Voting through mail started since October, yet some of the mails were received by polling booths after 8:00 p.m. on November 3. Trump maintains that the rule regarding closing off voting after the stipulated time ought to be adhered to. Significant number of the votes received through absentee ballot are believed to be in favour of Biden, as democratic party supporters insist on maintaining social distancing hence voting through mail rather than in person.
