The nomination process of Agra Block Graduate and Teachers Seat Election (MLC) continued on Friday. It took three nominations for the teacher and 14 for the graduation seat. The 73-year-old Hasanuram Ambedkar remains emboldened even after losing elections to various posts 89 times. For the 90th time, he has again fielded from the graduation seat. Meanwhile, Rajesh Kumar has received nomination papers from Congress.
Hasanuram said that he has been contesting elections since 1985. Which includes the posts of Vidhan Sabha, Lok Sabha, MLC, Zilla Panchayat, Gram Panchayat, Kshetra Panchayat, Block Head, Nagar Panchayat, Pradhan, Purchase Sales, Councilor.
Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi of Kannauj from Congress, Than Singh Kushwaha of Hathras from Janadhikar Party and Independent from the rest. There was no nomination on the second day also. Nominations for both seats are due by November 12. Here, the process went on from 11 am to 3 pm. A total of 17 candidates bought the form.
