Shri Gandhi said on Saturday that today is the last phase of voting for the Bihar Assembly elections and all voters must vote essentially to choose the government of their choice and strengthen democracy.
Mr. Gandhi said, "Today is the final phase of voting in Bihar. There is an appeal to all the voters to participate in it in a big way and strengthen democracy through their vote. "Significantly, the third and final phase of voting for the Bihar Legislative Assembly is to be held today and the counting of votes will be done on November 10.
