ANSR, Global consulting form announce acquisition of 2-year-old artificial intelligence driven recruitment start up FastNext in all stock deal. ANSR support multinational organisations set up their Global capability centres or GCCs and has so far have to set up over 60 GCC is unable recruiting more than 70,000 people since its inception. The new acquisition will help to automate the recruitment process and help drive up the efficiencies.

FastNext was incubated by coffee beans, a boutique product and technology service firm. There has been a 40% increase seen in ASMR's recruitment process for the last 9 months since It started working with FastNext. Company aims to build its capability of AI-driven talent acquisition and management that will align existing consulting and technology capabilities.

The consulting firm also stated that its talent platform, Talent500, will play a pivotal role in this partnership. The platform has experienced significant growth in recent times, with a focus on disrupting the existing recruiting processes in the post-pandemic situation.

With remote working gaining global acceptance following the COVID-19 outbreak, HR tech startups have seen a visible spike in demand across industries.
