FOB or stairs to be built on both sides of ROB as required:Chautala

Chandigarh, Nov 6 (UNI) Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala said that Foot-Over Bridges (FOB) or stairs will be built on both sides of the Railway Over Bridge (ROB) as per requirement in the state.
A committee will be constituted under the chairmanship of the Engineer-in-Chief of Haryana Public Works Department to explore the possibilities of constructing crossings over railway lines which will submit its report in a month.
The Deputy Chief Minister said this while answering a question asked by MLA Deepak Mangla during the Question Hour in the Haryana Vidhan Sabha session Friday.
Mr Chautala said possibilities will be considered for the construction of FOB on railway lines at Kailash Nagar and Mohan Nagar in Palwal. While giving assurance that the officers will inspect the spot and prepare the report, he said the State Government will construct ROB with FOBs or stairs etc. wherever necessary. He said that the concerned officers will be directed to prepare and submit a report in this regard in the next one month.

All railway tracks cleared for movement of goods trains: Punjab govt
