Goa cop suspended for permitting Poonam Pandey to shoot 'vulgar' video at Chapoli Dam

A 'vulgar' video of actor-model Poonam Pandey, which she shot at Chapoli Dam in Goa created an uproar among locals, who mobbed the deputy collector's office demanding suspension of the police inspector of that area. The protestors also threatened to close down the town of Canacona for a day, while demanding action for the alleged dereliction on part of the police. As soon as the matter went out of hand, the Deputy Superintendent of Police issued a statement stating that 'Police inspector in-charge of the Canacona police station Tukaram Chavan has been suspended'.
