Almost two months after a 22-year-old Ghatkopar man was arrested for stabbing his mother with a pair of scissors and then injuring a police constable, a sessions court has granted him bail after his parents submitted an affidavit claiming that he has been suffering from a mental health illness.
They told the court that he is unable to undergo treatment due to lockdown.
