Endurance Technologies will carry payout of Rs11.2cr to employees towards voluntary separation scheme

The company accepted the separation of 86 permanent workmen on its rolls under the Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS).

Endurance Technologies on Thursday said that the company has accepted the separation of 86 permanent workmen on its rolls under the Voluntary Separation Scheme (VSS).

These employees worked at the company's plant situated at B-2, MIDC Industrial Area, Village Waladgaon, Aurangabad 431136, Maharashtra.

"This would entail a payout of Rs11.2cr towards VSS," said Endurance.

Endurance added, through this VSS the Company has achieved workforce rationalisation for the plant which will lead to overheads reduction and greater efficiency in the plant operations.

On Sensex, the company's stock finished at Rs1051.85 per piece up 0.25%. The stock has touched the intraday high and low of Rs1062.45 per piece and Rs1047 per piece respectively.
