Sub: SAT Order in respect of Kelvin Fincap ltd.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice Nos. 20200831-38 and 20201029-40 dated August 31, 2020 and October 29, 2020 on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated November 05, 2020 has directed that he effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed insofar as the appellant is concerned. This order will not be utilized by any of the authorities during the pendency of the appeal.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
