Five in a row: Victoria records another day of no new COVID-19 cases

Victoria has now recorded five days in a row of no new coronavirus cases and no further deaths.

The state's 14-day case average has fallen to 1.7.

There have been two mystery cases over the previous fortnight, meaning there has been no net change since yesterday.
