Mohith Mohan is appointed as Senior Director for Human Resources in India of Lowe's India, Bangalore based detail teg analytics and business operations centre for Lowe's companies limited. Mohan will be responsible for recruitment, change management, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, and benefit performance management of workforce of 2900 employees.

Prior to joining Lowe’s India, he was divisional vice president and site leader of Hudson's Bay Company, responsible for building business capability and Indian sites strategy. He also worked with Fidelity investment and Yahoo. He has global experience in designing career management frameworks talent strategy organisational design digitalisation of employee experience.
