Ratnamani Metals' company secretary and legal head Jigar Shah resigns

Jigar Shah has been re-designated as “Company Secretary” from the closure of business hours on November 3, 2020, the company informed.

Ratnamani Metals and Tubes Ltd informed the exchanges on Tuesday, that Jigar Shah, the Company Secretary & Legal Head and Compliance Officer has expressed his inability to continue the services of the Company.

He has tendered his resignation from the services of the Company effective from the close of 31st December 2020, citing personal reasons. The Board of Directors at its meeting has accepted the resignation of Jigar Shah.

The Company has decided to relieve him with effect from the close of business hours on December 31, 2020. Jigar Shah has been re-designated as “Company Secretary” from the closure of business hours on November 3, 2020, the company informed.

The date of his cessation as Compliance Officer and Legal Head will take effect from close of business hours on November 3, 2020, as well.

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes was trading at Rs1,232.15 per piece down by Rs16.75 or 1.34% from its previous closing of Rs1,248.90 per piece on the BSE, 11:06 am.

The scrip opened at Rs1,230 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs1,245.45 and Rs1,166.95 respectively.
