VP condoles passing away of noted violinist TN Krishnan

New Delhi, Nov 3 (UNI) Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu on Tuesday expressed grief over the

passing away of noted violinist TN Krishnan.

In a tweet, the Vice-President said, ' Distressed to learn about the passing away of legendary

violinist, T N Krishnan. His death is a big loss to the music world, particularly Carnatic music.

He was known to capture the essence of ragas & had enthralled the audience for decades with soul-stirring music.

'My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members and millions of music lovers. Om Shanti!'

The noted violinist died in Chennai on Monday evening. He was 92.
