BJP state president will not have to go Himalaya-Mushrif

Kolhapur, Nov 3 (UNI) State rural development minister Hasan Mushrif has said that Bhartiya Janata party (BJP) state president Chandrakant Patil would not have to go Himalaya, it was not necessary to go now.
Mr Mushrif while giving betting reply tor Patil's statement in Pune yesterday , who said that if he defeated from anyone assembly constituencies in Kolhapur district in by-election,election, then he would go to Himalaya with leaving politics. Mr Patil was replying a question in press conference he run away to Pune as he could not win the election from Kolhapur district and contest from Kothrud(Pune) assembly constituencie and elected in last assembly election.
Mr Mushrif with returning befitting reply to Mr Patil, said that there were four years remained for next assembly election and following no any BJP candidate won the election in dustrict, no one present MLA of other party could resign for Mr Patil now at this time after one year period ended and four years remained for next election and this was aware to Mr Patil. Other side Mr Patil's BJP party would not give permission to Mr Patil for resignation from Kothrud assent election, where he had won with leave out Ms Megha Kulkarni there. So at both places, not possible any by-election. On this ground Mr Patil would not have to go to Himalaya, who's service to be need in the district (Kolhapur ) also.
Mr Mushrif also said that Mr Patil not denied clearly his allegations that it was already fixed between state governor and opposition leader Devendra Phadnvis to put aside a cabinet approved 12 names list for governor nominated for legislative council but he endorsed his (Mr Mushrif's) statement with saying that governor has every right as per constitution to put aside the names recommended by state cabinet.
