Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, who had initially welcomed the probe by central agencies in the gold case, came down heavily on the ED and the CBI for interfering in state projects like the Life Mission and K-FON. Vijayan on Monday said the agencies were “crossing boundaries”.
“No investigating agency has the right to probe the policies and projects carried out by the state government. It is an intrusion into the federal structure of India,” he said.
