Honda Joins Fiat in Tapping Tesla for Europe Emission Compliance

(Bloomberg) -- Honda Motor Co. has joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV in pooling its fleet with Tesla Inc.’s to comply with Europe’s tougher emissions standards for passenger cars this year.
