Rajasthan's Medical and Health Minister Dr. Raghu Sharma has said that until the global epidemic corona drug or vaccine is discovered, only and only 'mask is the vaccine'.
Dr. Sharma was speaking today at the inauguration of the vehicle rally organized by Corona Warriors as part of the mass movement against Corona. He said that experts believe that the vaccine can only prevent the possibility of corona infection by 60 percent and mask by up to 90 percent. He said that in today's times only Corona can be defeated with public awareness and caution. He said that the state government had formed a team of specialist doctors as soon as the first corona case came to light on March 2 in Rajasthan, since then, according to the opinion of experts, the state government is taking decisions in the war against the corona.
He said that due to the vigilance of the state government, the rate of mortality in the state is continuously decreasing. He said that even after the corona positive is negative, there is a possibility of many fatal diseases, so prevention is the cure. He said that the role of physicians, paramedical staff, scavengers, media persons, administrative and police officers as Corona Warriors have been commendable. This effort by today's Corona Warriors in the form of a vehicle rally will further strengthen the public awareness movement.
On this occasion, Minister of State for Medicine, Dr. Subhash Garg said that it is the result of the efforts of Corona Warriors that the vigilance and alertness adopted by Rajasthan across the country have been appreciated. He said that even though the pace of Corona has slowed down in the state, the threat remains. He reiterated the appeal of the common man to apply masks, adopt social distancing, and frequent hand washing.
