Start-up incubator Encubay announces The Launch of its first Cohort

by Collaborat-her, a diversity focused start-up incubator has announced the launch of its first cohort of 9 women led start-up. 150+ women led start-ups applied globally with a majority (24%) applications coming from EdTech

Encubay’s flagship initiative is a 6-months incubation program
that assists entrepreneurs create a highly focused roadmap. This is done
through bi-weekly expert sessions, assigning 1:1 mentors, mentors opening weekly office hours, making global connections and corporate connections too.

 The selected start-ups will be given access to the entire Encubay network of 50+ mentors such as

Nine women lead start-ups selected for the cohort are

• Kinderpass- an early learning company that enables parents to give the best start to their children.
• Assesshub- online skill assessment and analytics platform to hire, train and promote talent.
• Antraxlabs-   a Deep Tech, IoT and AI based R&D company providing eminent solutions for Industry 4.0.
• Moodmaestro- an interior design app for planning your home decor projects
• Klevermind- a state-of-the-art Transport Mobility solution provider that handles every aspect of the business in an optimized manner.
• ONI Cares- An early life programming software that serves as a child development platform focused on the first 1000 days of life.
• Amma Kadai- Amma Kadai is a network of Moms that allows mothers to share a meal with you.
• Beastest- Beatest is a platform built to bridge the gap between what a job seeker offers and an employer demands by making talent acquisition an intuitive and simple process.
• We are all mad here - WAAMH a mental health care company brings the expertise of professionals and people with live experience together to focus on helping people overcome day-to-day challenges in a stigma-free environment, 

With 30+
investment partners from VCs, funds and family offices like
SheCapital, Eximius, Artha Ventures, Villgro, AWE
Funds, PointOne Capital, Samyakth Capital actively engaging with the start-ups from the very beginning
will also be looking at making investments.

months back when we decided that the program has to go from physical to virtual
given the condition in the world and it seemed far-fetched at the time. But
there were people who came out of nowhere to support us, so willing to open to
