Get workout motivation from actress Kaniha

Fitness has become an integral part of social media as the lockdown inspired many to turn their home into a gym. Actress Kaniha has been motivating her followers to try out workout sessions in their houses. Her recent two videos are now trending online. One also features her pet dog and it is an absolute pleasure to watch. Earlier she had posted a two-minute video of a chair workout. She explains that it is an easy method to stay fit. According to her, as a woman in her 30s she understands that fitness is important for the body. She replied to one of her fan who asked about her fitness craziness. She wrote, “By posting videos, I am able to inspire few many mothers/ women to incorporate fitness in their daily lives.”Kaniha, mother of a 10-year-old revealed on her social media page that she isn’t working for her profession but for her absolute health- physical and mental. “Even today many of you may think/comment why do I pursue fitness? Many of you think I do it for the sake of my career etc… But the answer is NO. I do it for myself. It's an investment I am making for my healthier future... So guys try to eat healthy, stay fit!” Kaniha penned.She had also asked her followers to workout with their children and share it on their social media pages. She had introduced Rishi, her son as her workout partner. She wrote, “You can always find a way to bond!! Had a blast working out with my quarantine partner. I just realized he's not so little anymore phew, which gives me more reasons to strengthen myself. Why don't you'll workout with your lil ones at home and post it.”
