Head coach Kaitano Tembo is confident that SuperSport United will secure their place in this season's MTN8 final.
Matsatsantsa overcame Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila 3-2 in their quarter-final tie and are up against Bloemfontein Celtic this Saturday.
They face the prospect of taking on one of either Kaizer Chiefs or Orlando Pirates if they reach the final of the competition they claimed last time around by beating a now defunct Highlands Park.
SuperSport come into this game on the back of a 3-1 loss to Golden Arrows but Tembo feels his side are "fully focused on defending" their title.
He said: "It's a huge game for us, and we need to put in a good performance. We are confident of booking a place in the final."
In-form SuperSport striker Bradley Grobler echoed his coach's comments, saying: "We are fully focused on defending our title and believe that we stand a good chance of beating Celtic."
SuperSport beat Cape Town City on penalties in the 2017 MTN8 final and lost to City in the competition the following year on penalties.
