Important facilities in Cow-shelters: Yogi

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to conduct regular inspection of all the cow-shelter sites in the government and private sector through the chief veterinary authorities.


Shri Yogi said on Friday that arrangements should be ensured in cow-shelters. The District Magistrate should closely monitor this work in his district. He said that all necessary arrangements should be made for protection from the winter of protected bovine in the cow-shelter sites. It should also be ensured that there is adequate availability of green fodder at cow-shelter sites. He has instructed to conduct regular health tests of the protected bovine in cow shelters.

The Chief Minister said that where the destitute / destitute governs got shelter from the patronage of the bovine, the farmers are also being protected from crop loss. Therefore, it should be ensured that the destitute bovine does not roam the road. Arrangements should be made for proper care by transporting them to cow shelters.

Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi, Director General of Police Hitesh Chandra Awasthi and Principal Secretary Animal Husbandry Bhuvnesh Kumar and other officials were present on the occasion.
