NEW DELHI: Shares of YES Bank Ltd. traded 1.12 per cent down in Thursday's trade at 12:24PM (IST). Around 11265131 shares changed hands on the counter. The stock opened at Rs 12.25 and touched an intraday high and low of Rs 12.45 and Rs 12.11, respectively, in the session so far.
The stock quoted a 52-week high of Rs 178 and a 52-week low of Rs 5.65.
The bank said that Swaminathan Janakiraman, the nominee director appointed by State Bank of India, has resigned with effect from October 28, 2020. In his letter, Janakiraman, has conveyed that State Bank of India will shortly nominate a replacement in his place, Yes Bank said in a regulatory filing.
