HP School Reopening 2020: Cabinet nod to restart schools, colleges from November 2
The Himachal Pradesh cabinet on Tuesday decided to reopen schools for students of Class IX to XII from November 2 and also colleges, in line with guidelines issued by the Union ministry of home affairs.

It gave approval to promote students enrolled in 1st and 2nd year undergraduate courses for the 2019-20 academic session on the basis of UGc guidelines.
The cabinet also decided to restore the state government’s ‘Janmanch’ Programme,which is a platform for public grievances, from November 8.
