Can Fin Homes reported growth of 5.02% in top line sales for the Sep-20 quarter at Rs525.81cr. The operating profits for the quarter ended Sep-20 was up 31.45% at Rs172.05cr while net profits were up 32.24% at Rs128.43cr on better operating metrics during the quarter.
This had an overall impact on the margins of Can Fin Homes. For the Sep-20 quarter, the operating profit margins or OPM was up over 650 bps at 32.72% on the back of favorable growth in sales revenues and better operating cost management.
