PNB Housing Finance reported fall of 9.36% in top line revenues for the Sep-20 quarter at Rs2021.50cr. The operating profits for the quarter ended Sep-20 was down 7.14% at Rs395.57cr while net profits were down 14.59% at Rs313.29cr due to COVID effect.
This had an overall impact on the margins of PNB Housing. For the Sep-20 quarter, the operating profit margins or OPM was marginally higher by 47 bps at 19.57% on the back of better cost management. However, the net profit margins or NPM for the quarter was lower by 100 basis points at 15.50%.
