New Delhi: In Response to Nitish Kumar’s ‘8-9 children’ jibe, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav on Monday said that the Bihar Chief Minister has targetted PM Narendra Modi, by commenting on his family. He also asserted that the bad words used by Nitish against him are like ‘aashirwaad’ (blessings) for him.
“By commenting on my family, Nitish Kumar is targeting PM Modi as he also has 6 siblings. Using such language, Nitish Kumar has insulted women and my mother’s sentiments. They don’t speak on main issues including inflation, corruption, unemployment etc”, Yadav told reporters.
Earlier on Monday, Nitish Kumar attacked Tejashwi Yadav and his father Lalu Yadav, while addressing a public gathering on the last day of campaigning for the first round of voting on October 28.
“Does anyone care? They have eight-nine children. They have no faith in daughters. After so many daughters, they had a son. You all can see – this is the kind of Bihar they want to make,” the Chief Minister had attacked the RJD supremo and his son.
