During the Weekend Ka Vaar, Salman Khan introduced the wild card entries to the audience and contestants. The actor praised Kavita for her portrayal of Inspector Chandramukhi Chautala in the show FIR. Salman said he is a fan of her acting and she is the best on-screen female cop.
When Salman spoke to Naina Singh, the nervous and excited contestant spoke about how she had thought of finding love in the Bigg Boss house, but she is disappointed with the kind of male contestants on the show.
Moving on, Salman Khan assigned a task to Shardul Pandit where he had to name the animals the contestants in the house would be if it was a Bigg Boss Zoo. While Shardul said Nikki Tamboli is a crow, he tagged Rubina Dilaik as a hyena and Pavitra Punia as a wildcat.
Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia were extremely excited to know that Kavita Kaushik and Shardul Pandit are going to be part of the show. The housemates were asked to vote for one contestant they want to see in the Red Zone of the house. Since Shardul and Naina were given four votes each, no one was sent to the Red Zone but because Kavita received only one vote, she was titled as the new captain of the house.
Lending support to Jaan Kumar Sanu, Kamya Punjabi tweeted that the nepotism comment from Rahul Vaidya was not required.
Ex-Bigg Boss contestant Kamya Punjabi called Kavita Kaushik 'entertainment ki dukaan.' She also called out Pavitra Punia for always talking behind the back. "Sorry madam #PavitraPuniya but @Iamkavitak ke wajah se thodi si footage tumhe mil gayi waise. (Pavitra, you got footage because of Kavita). 2 weeks se ghar par tum log ho, phir bhi koi naya aakar tumhe rules bata raha hai! (You are in the house since two weeks now but still a new contestant is telling you rules of the house.) Sharam waise tumhe aani chahiye! Tum bas pith pichhe baat kar raho hamesha ki tarah. (You should be ashamed. You can only talk behind someone's back.)"
Rahul Vaidya, who nominated Jaan Kumar Sanu on the basis on nepotism, continues to annoy the contestant in Tuesday's episode. An irritated Jaan will ask Nikki to either support him or Rahul.
In Monday's episode, Rahul Vaidya nominated Jaan Kumar Sanu and said that he 'hates nepotism.' Before the term nepotism made its way in the Bigg Boss house, Jaan said he is "more than just being" Kumar Sanu's son. In an interview with indianexpress.com, Jaan said, "Bigg Boss is watched my millions and it will be a great opportunity for me to reach out to them. Yes, I am Kumar Sanu’s son, but I have my own identity and personality. I am much more than just being his son. Also, I have had my own journey, and wouldn’t want to be only related to my dad’s popularity. I want the audience to love me for myself."
It's time for the contestants to pull up their socks for the captaincy task. Jasmin Bhasin, Rubina Dilaik, Shardul Pandit, Naina Singh, Abhinav Shukla, Kavita Kaushik, Nishant Singh Malkani and Eijaz Khan will participate while Rahul Vaidya, Nikki Tamboli, Jaan Kumar Sanu and Pavitra Punia will try to stop the contestants from being successful in the task.
Former Bigg Boss contestant Priya Malik supported Jaan Kumar Sanu and tweeted, "#JaanKumarSanu is a much better singer than #RahulVaidya and definitely a better person too! Can't wait to see him shine."

Nikki Tamboli and Rahul Vaidya believe that in Bigg Boss, one should be able to win hearts of the audience. In a clip on Voot, the two contestants were seen talking to each other. Rahul said,"You cannot take tasks lightly but more important is to win the audience's hearts."

Nishant Singh Malkani, Abhinav Shukla, Shardul Pandit and Jasmin Bhasin were seen talking about marriage. In the conversation, Nishant asked Abhinav how does one zero in on a life partner. Abhinav replied, "The more relationships you get involved in, the better are your experiences and learnings. Every relationship takes some energy from you and leaves with learnings. At one point, your experience and learnings will balance with your energy, and that's when you will strike the right chord with someone you meet."

Ex-Bigg Boss contestants Bandgi Kalra and Shefali Jariwala are liking Kavita Kaushik as a contestant of Bigg Boss season 14. Bandgi tweeted, "Looks like Boss has returned to the show," while Shefali called Kavita the "Boss lady."
In a conversation with Shardul Pandit, Jasmin Bhasin said, "Marriage is not important for me. If it happens, it happens. If it won't, it doesn't matter. I want to marry someone with whom I can spend my life. I don't want to quit the relationship in between because I am not a quitter. If I don't meet someone like that, no problem. I want to adopt a baby girl and try and give her the best life."

The Monday episode of Bigg Boss 14 saw wild card contestant Kavita Kaushik taking charge as the captain of the house. She asked the housemates to maintain a level of sanitation in the house and assigned duties to them. Kavita also ended up in a verbal spat with Pavitra Punia and Shardul Pandit when the two were found in the smoking area together.
As the day proceeded, the housemates were called in the garden area for the nomination task. The housemates were informed that they cannot nominate Kavita as she is the captain of the house, and because Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia are already in the Red Zone, they are already nominated for evictions.
During the nominations, Rahul Vaidya voted for Jaan Kumar Sanu stating that he hates nepotism. Soon, the housemates went against Rahul and called nepotism as an unjustified remark in the Bigg Boss house. In response to Rahul, Jaan called himself fortunate for being legendary singer Kumar Sanu's son.
Jaan Kumar Sanu, Rahul Vaidya, Nikki Tamboli and Pavitra Punia received most votes and were nominated for eviction this week.
Bigg Boss gave Kavita Kaushik the power to save one among the nominated contestants, including Eijaz and Pavitra. Kavita saved Eijaz who was shifted from Red Zone to the Green Zone. The nominated contestants will live in the Red Zone area of the Bigg Boss house.
In a video, Kavita Kaushik asked fans to keep supporting her while she is in the Bigg Boss house.
