Surya Roshni to consider payment of interim dividend for FY21

Surya Roshni Limited informed the exchanges on Monday that apart from considering the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled for 29th, October 2020 will also consider the proposal for payment of interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March 2021.
The record date to determine the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend, if any, has been fixed as of Monday, 9th November 2020, informed the company.
The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results and the rate of interim dividend declared, if any, shall be intimated to the Exchanges upon the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting as required under Listing Regulations, 2015, the company said.
Surya Roshni Ltd closed at Rs211.90 per piece up by Rs4.9 or 2.37% from its previous closing of Rs207 on the BSE.
