The BSE REALTY Index Down 2% ; INDIABULLS REAL EST Among Top Losers

The BSE REALTY Index has plunged 2% to 1,859.

Among the top losers in the BSE REALTY Index today are INDIABULLS REAL EST (down 3.7%), OBEROI REALTY (down 3.4%) and DLF (down 2.7%). Other losers include GODREJ PROPERTIES (down 2.7%) and MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 1.7%).

PHOENIX MILL (up 0.1%) is among the top gainer today.

In the meantime, the NIFTY REALTY has plunged 2.0% to 236.

The top losers in the NIFTY REALTY include LANCO INFRATECH (down 14.3%), GAMMON INFRA (down 7.7%) and SIMPLEX PROJECTS (down 6.2%). Other losers include GPT INFRA (down 5.4%) and SKIL INFRASTRUCTURE (down 5.3%).

Over the last one year, the BSE REALTY Index has moved down from 2,030 to 1,859, registering a loss of 171 points (down 8.4%).

The top losers among the BSE REALTY during this same period were OMAXE (down 64.3%), MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (down 39.0%) and SOBHA LIMITED (down 34.2%).

What about the Benchmark Indices?

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex has plunged 0.9% to 40,724.

Among the top gainers in the BSE Sensex today are NESTLE (up 2.3%), INDUSIND BANK (up 1.5%) and HDFC (up 0.6%). Other gainers include TCS (up 0.5%) and L&T (up 0.4%).

The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are INDUSIND BANK and POWER GRID.

In the meantime, the NSE Nifty is at 11,943 (down 0.9%).
