Uber Sued for Using ‘Biased’ Rider Ratings to Fire Drivers

(Bloomberg) -- Uber Technologies Inc. was accused in a lawsuit of violating the U.S. Civil Rights Act by firing minority drivers based on how they’re rated by customers.
