Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the government's emphasis is on strengthening the agricultural sector of the country. In the last six years, the government has taken several steps in this direction. By giving the farmer freedom to sell his crop anywhere, he has to construct ten thousand FPOs or give a soil health card.

Completion of incomplete irrigation projects or other such initiatives. All these aim to strengthen India's agricultural sector. Together we all have to make efforts to double the income of farmers.

The PM on Saturday inaugurated three important projects including the Kisan Suryodaya Yojana in Gujarat through a video link. During this, the PM said that under Kisan Suryodaya Yojana, 70.5 lakh farmer families are being helped to install solar pumps to provide better irrigation facilities.

This will also give them additional income. They will also get electricity during the day. Farmers should adopt the mantra of 'drop, more crop' i.e. every drop, more crop after saving water. When farmers get electricity during the day, they should insist on saving more water.

Today, India is among the world's leading countries in the production and use of solar energy. In the last six years, India has reached the fifth position in solar power generation and is continuously moving forward. Under Kisan Suryoday Yojana, farmers will be able to get electricity from 5 am to 9 pm.

Apart from this, he also inaugurated the Pediatric Heart Disease Hospital at Ahmedabad's UN Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research at a cost of Rs 470 crore by the state Health and Family Welfare Department.

Girnar ropeway will generate employment opportunities

Modi also inaugurated the 2.3 km long ropeway project in Girnar mountain near Junagadh city. It is said to be Asia's longest temple ropeway. The PM said, if the opposition parties had not stuck the road along the Girnar ropeway, then its work would not have stopped for years.

As a countryman, we should think about the damage done to the people of the country through long-term projects of such mass importance. Mother Amba is on Mount Girnar. Gorakhnath hill, Guru Dattatreya hill, and Jain temple are also here. Whoever climbs the stairs and reaches here, feels amazing power and peace. Now by making ropeway everyone will get an opportunity to see these mountains. People will get employment as well as local people.
