CHANDIGARH: Gurugram reported maximum new cases in the state while Hisar district reported highest fatalities as 1,299 new cases and 15 deaths were reported on Saturday, which took
Haryana’s Covid-19 count to 1,57,064 cases and death toll to 1,730.
As many as 1,218 patients were discharged which took the recoveries to 1,45,196 while recording a recovery rate of 92.44%. There are a total 10,148 active cases which include 192 critical patients who are on oxygen support as well as ventilator support in various
Covid centres across the state.
While highest six deaths were reported in Hisar followed by two each in Sirsa,
Yamunanagar and Jind districts and one each in Fatehabad, Bhiwani and Gurugram
Gurugram recorded the highest 398 cases of the day. This took Gurgram’s overall tally to 27823. Gurugram was followed by 193 new cases in
Faridabad and 139 cases in Hisar. Mahindergarh and Sonipat reported 71 new cases each followed by 63 in,
Rohtak, 58 in Rewari, 49 in Jhajjar and 41 in Sirsa district.
The testing rate has gone upto 98,819 tests per million per day as total 25,05,052 persons have been tested so far.
