Patna, Oct 24 (UNI) RJD today released manifesto for ongoing Bihar Assembly Elections, promising government jobs to 10 lakh youths and new industrial policy to encourage investments.
Leader of the opposition and RJD leader Tejaswi Prasad Yadav, while releasing the Manifesto, said it was not merely manifesto of his party but also commitments and resolves. All steps would be taken to make Bihar, a developed and prosperous state, he added.
" Ten lakh government jobs would be given to youths by a decision in the first cabinet of his government when voted to power", Mr Yadav said, adding that there would not be two systems of payment of salaries to government staff and teachers.
RJD leader said that all staff and teachers would be paid their salaries on the basis of the same pay for the same work. The practice of appointment on the basis of the contract would be a thing of past if his government was voted to power, he added.
