Afghanistan’s health ministry says a suicide bomber has killed at least 13 people and wounded 30 others, including schoolchildren, outside an educational centre in the capital, Kabul,
The Taliban has denied involvement in the deadly blast, and responsibility is yet to be claimed.
The attack happened late
"At least 17 people killed. At least 35 people wounded. Dead bodies and wounded taken to to at least 4 hospitals in the immediate vicinity alone."
