Peru Congress Sets Impeachment, Pension Vote for Oct. 31

(Bloomberg) -- Peru’s Congress has scheduled a vote Oct. 31 on whether to start impeachment proceedings against President Martin Vizcarra and on a law that would allow pension withdrawals.
