Bigg Boss divided the house into three teams – Gauahar Khan’s team, Hina Khan’s team and Sidharth Shukla’s team. The contestants picked their mentor and battled against each other to continue their journey in the game show.
Bigg Boss announced that the team which loses the task would have to walk out of the house. At the end of the task, Hina’s team was announced as the winner while Sidharth’s team, which consisted of Nikki Tamboli, Pavitra Punia and Eijaz Khan, lost. Because Nikki was already selected as the confirmed contestant in the first week, she was safe, but Pavitra and Eijaz had to leave the house along with their mentor Sidharth.
Soon, Hina and Gauahar also bid goodbye to the housemates. Shehzad Deol, who was voted as the ‘Gayab’ member of the house during the Weekend Ka Vaar last week, was also evicted from the house.
Bigg Boss also revealed a new area in the house called Red Zone. The first inmates of the area were Pavitra Punia and Eijaz Khan. Bigg Boss announced that the Red Zone members will always be at the risk of getting evicted, but they will also get the chance to get back in the Green zone.
During the week, Rubina Dilaik was also seen complaining to Bigg Boss. In the confession room, she shared that she felt disrespected when host Salman Khan referred to her husband and co-contestant Abhinav Shukla as her ‘personal samaan’. Bigg Boss offered her the chance to leave the show as the team or the host do not intend to disrespect anyone. However, Rubina and Abhinav chose to stay.
The audience also witnessed the first captaincy task, which was being judged by Pavitra Punia and Eijaz Khan. By the end of the task, Nishant Singh Malkani was declared as the captain. However, Nishant’s captaincy lasted just a day because Bigg Boss pointed out that many rules were broken under his captaincy.
Kavita Kaushik takes over the house as the captain and ends up in a verbal spat with Pavitra Punia. Housemates will be nominating each other for eviction. Rahul Vaidya will vote for Jaan Kumar Sanu, stating that he "hates nepotism". This leads to a war between housemates and Rahul.
Salman Khan reminds the audience that now the house has 12 members. He asks the audience to take care of their family, and bids goodbye.
Kavita Kaushik asks Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia if something romantic is cooking between the two. Eijaz denies. Kavita tells them to become a couple because they look very good together.
Kavita Kaushik says Rubina Dilaik is extremely insecure. She says the actor took Salman Khan's joke into another direction. She tells Eijaz Khan, Pavitra Punia and Nikki Tamboli that Rubina was crying in the confession room and made a big fuss about Salman calling Abhinav her 'samaan'. Kavita says Abhinav Shukla is not visible because of Rubina's insecurity.
Kavita Kaushik asks the housemates to be themselves. When Eijaz Khan questions who copies who, Kavita says Eijaz is copying Sidharth Shukla, especially during the tasks.
Housemates very excitingly welcome Kavita Kaushik, Shardul Pandit and Naina Singh. Abhinav Shukla gives a tour of the house to Kavita. Shardul spends some quality time with Pavitra Punia and boosts her ego, saying that she is playing well. Eijaz Khan warns Kavita to stay strong.
Rahul Vaidya says Weekend Ka Vaar always changes the game for the housemates and it comes as a reality check for the contestants.
After Salman Khan bids goodbye to the housemates and the audience, he sends Kavita Kaushik, Naina Singh and Shardul Pandit inside the Bigg Boss house.
Salman Khan announces that housemates have given equal number of votes for Naina Singh and Shardul Pandit. Salman says only Rubina Dilaik voted for Kavita Kaushik. While everyone expects Naina and Shardul, who have the maximum votes, will be asked to enter Red Zone, Salman brings in a twist and says it will be Kavita who will enter the Red Zone. He also announces her as the captain of the house.
Housemates have to vote who among Kavita Kaushik, Shardul Pandit and Naina Singh will go in the Red Zone of the house. While Rahul Vaidya, Jasmin Bhasin, Nikki Tamboli and Pavitra Punia vote for Naina, Eijaz Khan and Abhinav Shukla vote for Shardul. Rubina Dilaik votes for Kavita.
Soon Salman Khan announces Kavita Kaushik, Shardul Pandit and Naina Singh are the wild card entries. Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia get extremely excited. While Eijaz says Kavita is one of his few friends in the industry, Pavitra calls Shardul a friend.
Introducing Kavita Kaushik, Shardul Pandit and Naina Singh as 'Weekend Panel,' Salman Khan asks the wild cards to decide the time slots of the housemates. Naina, Shardul and Kavita say 23 minutes for Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia together. They agree with Rubina Dilaik's slot which is 17 minutes. They assign 5 minutes slot to Nikki Tamboli. Jaan Kumar Sanu gets 3 minutes slot. Rahul Vaidya gets 2 minutes slot, and finally, Nishant Singh Malkani gets 1:30 minutes slot. Abhinav Shukla gets 30 seconds slot.
Since housemates could not arrive at a decision, Bigg Boss asks the housemates to take tags that they deserve. Nikki takes 23 minutes tag. Rubina takes 17 minutes.
Nikki Tamboli says she puts her best foot forward from the beginning of the day and gives her best in tasks and that's why she deserves 23 minutes. However, Rahul Vaidya doesn't agree with her pitch and says she deserves 9 minutes. Jasmin Bhasin says Nikki became predictable very fast, which makes her personality boring and that is why she deserves the tag of 9 minutes.
Abhinav Shukla says Rahul Vaidya's personality is very irritating, which is why he should get the tag of 1:30 minutes.
Jaan Kumar Sanu says he deserves 9 minutes, but Rahul Vaidya says he should get 1:50 minutes because his game plan is zero and he is visible only because of Nikki Tamboli. Nikki says he has no personality and followed everything that Nikki said. She also says Bigg Boss is not a singing competition and hence he deserves 30 seconds.
Eijaz Khan says he deserves to get 23 minutes tag, but Nikki Tamboli and Rubina Dilaik don't agree with his pitch. Jaan says Eijaz is monotonous. Eijaz says he deserves 17 minutes, but housemates do not agree. Pavitra says she has given it all in the show and hence, she deserves 17 minutes but Rahul and Jasmin goes against her and state she deserves to get 9 minutes.
Bigg Boss assigns a task to housemates to decide who among them is seen the most and who among them is invisible.
Salman Khan video calls Karan Patel and wife Ankita Bhargava. Shardul Pandit says Karan is like family to him. The couple tells Shardul to be himself and play really well. Karan also sends his hearty wishes to Kavita Kaushik.
Shardul Pandit says he knows Naina Singh as the two have worked together. He says, 'She sat on my lap,' while talking about her, which does not go down well with the actor. Shardul praises Kavita for her acting skills.
Kavita says Shardul will be entertaining and someone like him should be able to change the environment in the house. Naina says he has given her a reason to mess with him.
