Bigg Boss divided the house into three teams – Gauahar Khan’s team, Hina Khan’s team and Sidharth Shukla’s team. The contestants picked their mentor and battled against each other to continue their journey in the game show.
Bigg Boss announced that the team which loses the task would have to walk out of the house. At the end of the task, Hina’s team was announced as the winner while Sidharth’s team, which consisted of Nikki Tamboli, Pavitra Punia and Eijaz Khan, lost. Because Nikki was already selected as the confirmed contestant in the first week, she was safe, but Pavitra and Eijaz had to leave the house along with their mentor Sidharth.
Soon, Hina and Gauahar also bid goodbye to the housemates. Shehzad Deol, who was voted as the ‘Gayab’ member of the house during the Weekend Ka Vaar last week, was also evicted from the house.
Bigg Boss also revealed a new area in the house called Red Zone. The first inmates of the area were Pavitra Punia and Eijaz Khan. Bigg Boss announced that the Red Zone members will always be at the risk of getting evicted, but they will also get the chance to get back in the Green zone.
During the week, Rubina Dilaik was also seen complaining to Bigg Boss. In the confession room, she shared that she felt disrespected when host Salman Khan referred to her husband and co-contestant Abhinav Shukla as her ‘personal samaan’. Bigg Boss offered her the chance to leave the show as the team or the host do not intend to disrespect anyone. However, Rubina and Abhinav chose to stay.
The audience also witnessed the first captaincy task, which was being judged by Pavitra Punia and Eijaz Khan. By the end of the task, Nishant Singh Malkani was declared as the captain. However, Nishant’s captaincy lasted just a day because Bigg Boss pointed out that many rules were broken under his captaincy.
In Sunday's episode of Bigg Boss 14, Salman Khan will welcome Shardul Pandit, Kavita Kaushik and Naina Singh as the wildcard entries. The housemates will decide who among the three will go inside the Red Zone.
Jasmin Bhasin says Jaan Kumar Sanu is losing his personality even when she has made him understand several times not to get influenced. Abhinav says he is infatuated and nothing can save him until he gets over it.
Jasmin Bhasin tells Eijaz Khan that he has created a wall, which has made it difficult for people to communicate with him. Eijaz says he is playing naturally and he does not let anyone come closer until he allows.
Nishant Singh Malkani and Rahul Vaidya look into each other eyes. Nishant says he sees arrogance, sadness and loneliness in Rahul's eyes. Rahul says Nishant is a confused person who is trying to be good with everyone. He adds that Nishant is a feeble and an uninteresting personality.
Jaan Kumar Sanu and Nikki Tamboli talk about each other while looking into each other's eyes. While Jaan says he can see Nikki is mad at him, Nikki says she sees a man who betrays and breaks trust.
Divya Khosla Kumar performs on "Teri Aankhon Mein" song and gave a task to the housemates. She asked Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia to look into each other's eyes and talk about each other.
Kavita Kaushik asks Eijaz Khan why people in the house think he is confused and why despite playing well, the housemates are not taking him seriously. Eijaz says that people are confused because of the persona he showed in the beginning of the game and the personality he revealed during the tasks.
Nikki Tamboli says Jaan Kumar Sanu reached the third week of the show because of Seniors and her support. Pavitra says Jaan is here mostly because of Nikki. As Jaan comes to talk, Nikki refuses to have any sort of communication. Jaan tells Pavitra to inform Nikki that even Rahul was part of the discussion to not make Nikki the captain of the house.
Pavitra Punia tells Nikki Tamboli that no matter what happens, do not trust Rahul Vaidya. She gives the advice to play on her own terms.
As Nikki Tamboli and Rahul Vaidya talk to each other, Jaan Kumar Sanu and Nishant Singh Malkani discuss why the two are together as even Rahul was certain that Nikki should not be the captain of the house. When Jaan confronts Rahul, the latter says it is his wish to be with her, and no one should question him.
Rahul Vaidya says till the time he is in the game, he will support Nikki Tamboli. Nikki says she will rather play all alone because she is better that way. She says she has clarity and now will play the game.
Rahul Vaidya says people fight and make up in the house, but he is someone who sticks to his beliefs and will never be apologetic about it. He adds that today it is him, but as the game goes on, the trust factor will only reduce for everybody in the house. He says at the end of the day, he is only answerable to his audience and parents.
Salman Khan asks housemates why they are not able to trust Rahul Vaidya. Jaan says he is unable to trust Rahul because he pretends to be someone else in front of him and bitches about him behind his back. Pavitra says Rahul argues more than understanding what the other person has to say.
Nikki Tamboli gives herself a pep-talk and says it was wrong to be friends with Jaan Kumar Sanu.
Salman Khan questions Rubina Dilaik if she was aware of the two alliances Nishant Singh Malkani made in the house during the captaincy task.
Jasmin Bhasin tells Salman she approached Nishant to discuss the captaincy task and Nishant's reply was 'Ok, I will discuss with the other team.' The fact leaves his friends Jaan, Nikki and Rahul surprised.
Salman questions who said - Main pagal thodi hoon joh Nikki ko captain banaunga? Jaan admits that he said that, which leaves Nikki shocked.
Salman Khan says Jaan Kumar Sanu boasts about his friendship with Nikki Tamboli, but when the time came to make an alliance with Sidharth Shukla's team, he did not speak to Nikki and rather kept Nishant Singh Malkani as his top priority. Nikki replies to Salman that Jaan never prioritised her as a friend. She says he should have come to talk during the task. Nikki says Jaan just pretends to be her friend, but it's proven that he is not.
Salman Khan tries to find the answer to the most asked question of the week - Buzzer kisne bajaya? He speaks to the housemates about their take on the task. Salman questions that while the Toofani Seniors had nothing to lose, the housemates/contestants did nothing to save their friends during the task.
When Rubina Dilaik apologises, Salman Khan says he is not someone who keep grudges. He also gives a funny example of how women remember the first fight of a relationship.
Salman says before the launch of the show, the makers informed the actor about the contestants. He says he did not know who Rubina was and the team of Bigg Boss reminded him that he had worked with Rubina before. He asks whether he should touch the 'Samaan' topic. He asks Rubina to be popular on her own terms, not through his name. He says Abhinav was termed as 'luggage' because he was not doing anything in the show. But the term was turned into something else.
Salman clears that Abhinav is part of the show on his own terms. He states that many couples were approached for the show, but they were selected. He said while earlier he was not active, now he is participating. When Rubina clarifies she never took his name, Salman says he can play the video clip right away. He reiterates that no one can tell him what to say and what not to say in the show. He says the team believes the show gets TRP only when either they fight or the host fights with the contestants, but he is personally not someone who likes to demean any of the guests in the house. He tells Rubina she should not drag him into things.
Salman Khan clarifies to Rubina Dilaik that Abhinav Shukla is not part of the show because of her. He said that he is a friend. He told the contestants that his thinking never matches with the team of Bigg Boss. He tells the housemates that he is a good friend but also believes in getting over with dushmani.
Salman Khan asks Eijaz Khan how does it feel to be in the Red Zone. The actor says he feels caged. Salman says he has experienced such a situation before. He also asks Pavitra Punia about her relationship with Eijaz.
