Bihar does not need hoodwinkers but a committed govt. which actually can provide job: Kushwaha

Patna, Oct 24 (UNI) National president of Rashtriya Lok Samta Party Upendra Kushwaha, chief minister aspirant from Grand Democratic Secular Front ( JDSF) said that Rashtriya Janata Dal government and Janata Dal ( U) government hoodwinked the people during their 15 years rule respectively and said that the state needs a government which can provide education and employment.
After releasing his party's manifesto Mr Kushwaha told newspersons here today that both RJD and JDU government did injustice to the people of Bihar in 30 years during which total confusion prevailed in the state.
Assuring for better education and providing employment to the people of Bihar Mr Kushwaha said that after coming to power his government would provide equal opportunity to every section of the society especially the oppressed section for the progress of the state.
He also proposed to rename Patna as Patliputra given its historical importance.
Mr Kushvaha assured to open school with the facility of free education and food in every district for Poor on the pattern of Navodaya Vidyalaya.
Apart from education, Mr Kushwaha said that his government would set up a clinic in rural areas on every 2000 population.
He also promised to employ the state to check the Migration of labourers and assured to provide subsidised electricity to the weavers.
Mr Kushwaha promises to constitute Youth Commission to address the problems and requirements of the youth.
Apart from ensuring a safe and secured working environment, Mr Kushwaha said that hostel for journalists would be established on the pattern of the youth hostel.
