Rajasthan might announce today SOP and dates for reopening of schools

The state of government of Rajasthan might announce their decision regarding reopening of schools today.

News reports claim that the standard operating procedure (SOP) for the reopening of schools has been prepared and was discussed by CM Ashok Gehlot and Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasra at a meeting on Friday night.

Another meeting between both will be held on Saturday to hold further discussions.

The state schools were closed in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. 

The Ministry of Home Affairs had recently put out the guidelines for Unlock 5, where it mentioned the SOPs of reopening schools in the country. The state governments have the liberty to reopen the schools in their area following these SOPs.
