CHENNAI PETROLEUM net profit stood at Rs 3 billion for the quarter ended September 2020, compared to a profit of Rs 64 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 18.7% to Rs 97.3 billion during the period as against Rs 119.7 billion in July-September 2019.

For the year ended March 2018, CHENNAI PETROLEUM reported 12.1% decrease in net profit to Rs 9.0 billion compared to net profit of Rs 10.2 billion during FY17.

Revenue of the company grew 8.8% to Rs 442 billion during FY18.

The current Price to earnings ratio of CHENNAI PETROLEUM, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at down 1.1x.
