In the international market, silver was trading 0.57 per cent higher at USD 24.85 per ounce in New York.

New Delhi: Silver prices on Friday rose by Rs 56 to Rs 62,671 per kg in futures trade as participants widened their bets on firm spot demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for December delivery gained Rs 56, or 0.09 per cent, to Rs 62,671 per kg in 15,721 lots.
