Islamabad, Oct 22 (IANS) Sardar Masood Khan, President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) aka Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) has said that Pakistan should make it a matter of principle that "talks with India should be held only under the UN auspices".
